STARLAB® Brings the Night Sky to DVFS

We are excited to be setting up Starlab® at DVFS today! Starlab is a portable, digital planetarium comprised of a lightproof dome, a projector, and teaching content. The system we are using is made possible through the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU), and travels from school to school within the county, throughout the year.

Delaware Valley Friends School SeaPerch/SeaGlide Team Brings Home Four Trophies

On Saturday, March 10, 2018, a team of students grades 9-12 from Delaware Valley Friends School competed in the 13th Annual Greater Philadelphia SeaPerch/SeaGlide 2018 Challenge. DV students have been participating in this event since 2013. New DVFS Makerspace Request for Resources

We are very excited about the "makerspace," which will be a place where learners can be tinkerers, inventors and designers using a wide range of tools and resources with the support of our inventive educators. Our "makerspace" will be located in the southern half of the Media Center and its renovation is nearly complete.
