Delaware Valley Friends School welcomes the support of parents interested in helping with a variety of school activities and events throughout the year. Volunteering is a great way to connect with other DVFS parents and to become involved in the life of the school. We have several opportunities available. Please take a moment to complete this form and submit it. If you need more information on any activities, please feel free to email us in the DVFS Development Office. Thank you. Welcome Committee:
Help a new DVFS family by serving as their host for events and be a resource during the school year. (Year round, as needed)

Assist with Open Houses, Talk & Tours, Lunch & Learns. (Year round, as needed)

Ice Cream Social:
Help set-up, greet and clean up this event for new students & families. (Late Aug.)

Help plan, set-up, and clean up this event for the entire DVFS community.(Late Aug.)

Host a pot-luck parent get together in your home for your child’s grade level (Sept-Oct).

Spring break at most colleges, means our alumni come back to DVFS. (Mar.)

DVFS Gala & Auction:
DVFS Celebrates 25 Years! This will be our biggest fundraising event to date! Join one of our sub-committees: invitations, program book, sponsorships, auction, decorations, etc. (Mid-Late April)

Art Show:
Assist staff with setting up show, greeting guests, directing people. (Early May)

Help with program book, decorations and registration at event. (Late May)
