About Delaware Valley Friends School

Delaware Valley Friends is a coed Quaker, college preparatory school for bright students, grades 3-12, who struggle with reading, writing, math, memory, processing, ADHD, executive functioning, and other learning differences.

Our campus is situated just 25 minutes from Center City Philadelphia in PaoLI, PA.

DVFS students reap the benefits of a rigorous yet personalized academic experience that equips them with the skills they need for college and beyond. As a parent of a DVFS student, you can depend on our experienced faculty and staff to create an environment where your child can flourish.

THE QUAKER DIFFERENCE

Quaker principles and practice that honor differences and build students' confidence are the fabric of daily life at DVFS. Teachers work with individual students based on their specific learning needs – and students often comment on how they feel understood, cared for and supported. Our faculty, administrators and staff work tirelessly to help students identify and develop their strengths and progress in areas where they may be challenged. As a result, DVFS students come to fully understand both their strengths and challenges – and ultimately become strong advocates for themselves and how they learn. The Quaker environment is an integral element in this process. Read more about how our Quaker values can enrich your student's education.
